Delete your Number Quest account

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@corbi.au from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Number Quest account”.
2. If you signed up with Google, use the email address of that Google account. If you cannot email from it, tell us the name on the account.
3. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your name, email address and profile picture.
• Your sign-in details, including your hashed password if you set one.
• Your sign-in sessions, with the IP address and browser details stored in them.
• Your saved progress: experience points, streak, stars and topic scores.

What we keep

Nothing about you is kept in our database once the account is deleted. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server request logs for a short time under its own policy. If the law requires us to keep a record of your request, we keep only that.

Guest play

If you only played as a guest, your stars and streak are stored on your own device and we do not have them. Clear the site data for numberquest.me in your browser or app settings to remove them.
